Perhaps it has something to do with being born and raised on a Nebraska farm, but Mick understands what it takes to grow companies and nurture brands. As President of Ayres Kahler, Mick leads the agency. He also works closely with clients, including Valmont Irrigation, Hoegemeyer Hybrids and Oxbow Pet Products.

Mick has worked with product introductions, public affairs and issues management campaigns. His PR experience has cut across industries from agribusiness, gaming and food service to political and healthcare.

His expertise in strategic planning and business development have helped numerous clients reach desired levels of success. A former president and Ag Communicator of the Year for National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA), Mick earned his degree in Agricultural Economics at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Mick currently chairs the Agri-Business Educational Foundation Board of Trustees and is a board member for Junior Achievement of Lincoln.
