AYRES KAHLER RECEIVES MEDIA,
CREATIVE AWARDS
Advertising agency Ayres
Kahler has been recognized for excellence in media planning
by Worldwide Partners, Inc., and has also received a first
place award in the regional creative competition sponsored
by the National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA).
The media planning awards
were presented at the 20th Annual Worldwide Partners Media
Conference where Ayres Kahler won in three of seven categories
including Best use of Promotional or Added-value Dollars
(client Time Warner Cable), Best use of Local Television
(Lincoln Journal Star) and Best use of Out-of-Home (client
Fairbury Brand Meats/hot dogs-Der Viener Schlinger). The
entries were judged according to the innovative nature of
the plan and tactical approach, creative use of media and
effectiveness relative to the objective.
The top prize in the NAMA
competition was awarded to Ayres Kahler in the category
of spread ads/series for client Valley Irrigation. The ad
series was created to commemorate Valley's 50th anniversary
and appeared primarily in agriculture-related publications.
Valley is recognized as the world leader in mechanized center
pivot irrigation.
"It's always nice to
be recognized by your peers for excellent work," said
Mick Sibbel, president of Ayres Kahler. "But whatŐs
more important than winning awards is achieving results.
The ultimate reward is the success our clients realize as
a result of the work we do on their behalf. All the awards
in the world donŐt mean much if goals and objectives arenŐt
met."
