Overview:
Ayres Kahler is our organization's full service advertising and marketing firm, including media, promotional design, branding council, and database marketing consulting. The Ayres Kahler team has helped reshape our company's identity and value proposition, which has led to supply chain enhancement, customer excitement and revenue growth.

Strategy:
Ayres Kahler has taken the Hoegemeyer message of superior genetics and outstanding information and service and broken though the 'clutter' in the marketplace. They have helped our customers focus on the core of our value proposition, and have led them to also realize the value of the support level we offer our customers.

Creative Work:
The major project that stands out is the redesign or our corporate logo and identity. While Hoegemeyer has grown strongly throughout the past few decades, the organization had reinvented itself and had propelled its business structure to become a cutting edge independent research company, not only a feel good company. Ayres Kahler put together a new logo and theme that reinvigorated our sales and dealer force, plus caught the attention of our competitors. Our target customers have become increasingly more familiar with Hoegemeyer Hybrids. One major challenge that we brought to Ayres Kahler was the need to restructure our supply chain and distribution system. Ayres Kahler helped introduce us to the power of database marketing, and led us in a restructuring and re-classification of our dealer and customer base. This has allowed us to service our current dealers and customer better, plus target new customers to set the stage for future growth.

Web Site Development:
Hoegemeyer needed a totally new web site that reflected the image of the company. The people at Ayres Kahler built us a platform that could handle all the projects we currently needed to facilitate on the web, plus they set the stage for future growth and expansion. They did an outstanding job on our web site, from top to bottom.
