AYRES KAHLER TAKES TOP HONORS AT AMERICAN MARKETING ASSOCIATION PRISM AWARDS IN LINCOLN
Ayres Kahler claimed top honors in the areas of consumer marketing and packaging during the Lincoln chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA)’s 2006 Prism Awards May 11.
For its client TierOne Bank, Ayres Kahler used outdoor, radio, newspaper and magazine advertising to convey the message “your ag banker is just a step a way.” The consumer marketing campaign enhanced TierOne Bank’s online presence. Additionally, top-of-the-mind knowledge of TierOne Bank in the market increased, as well as the retention of current accounts and the addition of new accounts.
For its client Lakota Foods, Ayres Kahler designed a three-dimensional teepee popcorn retail package. The creative packaging campaign increased revenue for Lakota Foods and brought awareness to the Native American origins of popcorn.
Ayres Kahler also won honorable mention for the following categories and projects: Consumer Marketing Campaign for Trucks and Bucks - Nebraska Lottery; Television Advertising for Holiday Gift Giving - Nebraska Lottery; Outdoor Advertising for Welcome to the Red Zone - TierOne Bank and Trade Show Display (less than 10’ x 10’) for Stauffer Seeds.
Mick Sibbel, president of Ayres Kahler, said the number of categories in which Ayres Kahler was recognized demonstrates the agency’s strength in the industry. “We specialize in a wide range of marketing communications. Whether it’s ag banking or consumer packaging or business-to-business, our strength is in our inimitable ability to craft messages and guide brands.”
